getting hiv by Mutual masturbation?

I know people couldn't get hiv by masturbating.But my question is:if people who is a uncircumcised man  have some wound on the prepuce.During the mutual masturbation,the wound often touch some body liquid,are there still no risk to get hiv?

During the mutual masturbation,there is some liquid coming into the wound,the liquid may have some hiv. Then hiv may have new living host.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
