hand shake

i shook my hands with a man who has hiv/aids, we where playing football and his hand was gashed open and i didnt see it when we shook hands blood got all over mines, i poured water on my hands and wiped it off 5 minuets after noticing blood, am i at any risk for the infection of hiv/aids?

I got smth similar to your situation,i m getting very worry. In case you migt gone through any test(as your situtation around many months ago), would you mind to share the result?, as whis might be a case study.

Did both of you go to the hospital because your fingers were cut off or because you had to get stiches? No then no risk.

Had he had a wound large enough to put him at risk he wouldn't be shaking hands.

no risk unless u had an open wound large enuf for his blood to enter ur blood stream
