Risk that deserves test?

Dear all,
first of all many thanks for the great job you do and the incredible service you are providing to Others.
That is my story.
Six weeks ago I had sex with a girl (not a CSW, just a colleague of mine which is in a long relationship of 5 years with a boy), we had protected vaginal sex (this is a Golden Rule for me) a couple of time but before it we had oral sex.
I received a fellatio and I stimulated her clit putting some saliva in my hand and then performed a short cunnilinngus on her (almost only on the clit zone, maybe a bit lower but far away from inserting my tongue or licking/sucking close to the "inside").
The fact is that unfortunately after the sex I noticed that I had a small canker sore (1 mm) on the top lateral part of my tongue (that probably just appeared a couple of hours before because that afternoon there was not anything over there). This was not painful and took 3 days to disappear.
I immediately used the washmouth (if this make any difference) beacuse I've got scared.
Since that time I had no symptoms at all (if this make any difference).
Another important info is that the girl tested after 28 days since our encounter (so at least 29 or 29+ since her prevoius encounter with her booyfriend) with an antibodies + p24 combo IV generation test and the it was negative.
So I would kindly ask you to assess my risk and, considering that I'm married (I know, I was quite stupid and I feel extremely guilty), I would ask you if this deserves a test.

Many thanks in advance for you willingness and you clarification.

Dear CurfewX,
thanks again for your advice.
Just a clarification and an update:
1) did you say that, due to her combo test at 29 (or 29+) day she was negative when she was with me for a question of probabilities or for scientific reason that exclude also a potential window period?
2) anyway just to be even more sure, I got tested negative at day 44 with a rapid combo ag/ab test (finger blood), can I move on completely?

Many thanks again.
Sincerely.

None of this really matters - you had no risk, no matter what.  But yes, due to her combo test being after the window period, she was definitely negative.  And, any test you take will be negative as you had NO RISK.  You should have already moved on, but now you should absolutely forget about it entirely.

Thanks CurfewX for your answer. I was concerned about the canker sore. I really hope you are right.

No test needed.  Risks are:
1) having unprotected, insertive anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with IV drug users.

Oral sex isn't a risk with or without a sore.  Also, if she was negative 28 days after your encounter, she was negative when you were together.  There is nothing here that warrants concern or testing.
