help please

Hi,

  You all guys said that the 3 month post exposure is a conclusive result.  But except for rare case such as chronic IV drugs abuser. what is this .  As I am also consuming for the chronic bronchitist.  Do I fall in this category  if I would have been infected.  please help me with the chronic IV drugs abuser.  who are they.
