HELP!!!!!

Please guys i already got comforting answers from you guys here but it is not enough,I am still having a burning/pinching sensation on the tip of my penis and I did a test for urine and found leukocyturia (7-8), increased specific gravity but no bacteria, no redness, no sores. My forever last encounter with female worker was six days ago. I am a rookie in having sex but I am sure the condoms never broke but I gave a ORAL to the lady for 30 secs and Immediately spat out and had no bleeding gum. My questions:
1 could this be early sign of HIV
2 could this be allergies perhaps from my soap.
3 is it another STD and is it to late to show in the urine
4 if all the above are no please what do you suggest I do.
THANKS!!!!!

Which is why i said it is more for reassurance to make himself feel better and not based on the science. Sorry for not making myself clear.

1. You had no HIV risk as you were advised before
2. Sure
3. Post in the STD forum
4. Follow up with your Dr.

These do not sound like typical ARS at all and your sex was protected. With all that being said, it would still be advisable for you to go and see a doctor regarding your symptoms and also get a 4th generation combo test after 28 days from your last exposure. This is more of for reassurance than anything. Wishing you the best! Cheers!
