hiv through open wound

dear doctor,

last week i went for a massage. a sex worker done massage and finally she gave hand job (i had nt used condom for handjob). i have a fresh open wound in my penis. while she doing hand job, i started fingering . later i touched my penis also. i am sure that her vaginal fluid made contact with my wound.  after two days i am having sore throat , flue like symptoms and all. how risky the situation  is doctor? also if she is also having a wound in her hand, surely her blood made contact with my wound. highly stressed and worried doctor

You don't have any risk! Your symptoms are not related with HIV.

wound is like around half cm depth(approximately) and 2 cm length. and also, because of doing handjob there was a little bleeding also. after 3days, skin became normal

1. Your "wound" was what a scratch? No path to the blood stream.
2. HIV is not transmitted from touch and is not transmitted outside the body.
