Over the past several years I have made several mistakes and have had sex with many different call girls and prositutes in 3rd world countries including Tijuana Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Peru. I have been with 30 different girls in different situations. I have always used a condom for each ack and haven't had any condoms break.
The main worry that I have is that recently have started to have cronic diarrhea and a dry cough which have lasted for over 3 weeks now. I haven't been tested for hiv in a couple of years (stupily I understand) but am going to get tested tomorrow. I did have a bought with diarrhea last year at this time that lasted a month and then went away and was completely cured until it started again a month ago. again I have always always used a condom..
