No Penetration Situations

Hi, I have a few encounters that I am concerned over whether I have been exposed to contracting hiv.
First encounter,I hooked up with a sex worker. I received a handjob while I was rubbing her clitoris from where I started to feel some wetness and then she started to rub my penis on her breast. After ejaculation I cleaned my penis paying special attention to the entry of my urethra with the same wet tissue I used to clean the vaginal fluid off my fingers. Am I at any risk of contracting hiv from this encounter.
Second encounter, I hooked up with another sex worker. We both watched each other masturbate, their was no physical contact between us, but during ejaculation she touched the bottom part of my penis for a split second with the hand she used to masturbate herself. Am I at risk from contracting hiv from this encounter.
Please help clear my mind...

Hiv is unable to reproduce outside its living host,it becomes inactive and therefore unable to infect,so the wet tissue is not a concern.

Sexual risks are unprotected vaginal and/or anal sex.
