how risky was the activity

two weeks ago i had a protected sex with my one year boyfriend, which we have always practiced since day one.we ran out of condoms and i held him close because i wasn't satisfied.then i made him hard again and starte rubbing his dick on my outer and the surrounding of my vagina and he hit it hard. i dont know if he came or not.And did not penetrate the inside of my vagina. And the following day outter vagina was painful for almost the whole day.

Recently ive been having a painful headache for more than a week, muscle pains and my breasts are sore and painful.and i did go on my periods.
the guy has a high risk history and i suspect he might be hiv positive.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child
