high risk exposure?

im an african american male, 25 and use no drugs. my girlfriend recently had a baby on sept, 15 2009 and up until my recent exposure i knew i was hiv-. my incident occured on oct. 18,2009. i had sex with an african american female and it was protected vaginal intercourse and protected oral (she gave me oral sex). i used a condom and during sex i noticed it was dry, so i pulled out and checked to see if in was still intacted. it was so i took it off and put a new one on. after sex i checked the condom and it seem intact so i took it off and threw it away. the female called me about two weeks later crying because she felt bad that she had sex with me. i asked her why and she told me she was hiv+. she said that she had been from 2 yrs and had an undectable viral load, so the fact that we used protection means i should be ok. i have been freaking out ever since and i need to know if i was at a risk enough to get tested or not. any feedback would be helpful.
