hirsuties papillaris genitalis and HIV

I knew that the hirsuties papillaris genitalis is a normal symptom. Then another question came up to me, which does this increase the rate of getting HIV?

I received an oral sex without condom, my concern is that will the hirsuties papillaris genitalis increase the chance of getting HIV? I know that the hirsuties papillaris genitalis are normal and often found among the 20-35 males...
