hiv and tb

13 years ago, a servant used to live at my friend's house. at that time my friend ( a female ) was of 3 or 4 years of age and the servant would have been of 10 or 11 . He worked at her house for about 3 or 4 years which means he left her house 9 and half years ago in 2005. The servant used to sexually assault her ( i don't from where the hell this thought came to his mind at such a tender ago).  the girl developed tuberculosis when she was of 9 or 10 . it was detected early and treated properly. the servant's father is hiv negative 99 % sure . his mother died when he was very young less tha 3 but most likely due to some other disease not hiv otherwise he would not have survived till now.
At present both of them appear to be fit and fine. the girl is now 16 and a half and looks pretty healthy except for this that her nose remains blocked all the time. the servant is now married .

my questions are ..
what are the chances of hiv even after knowing that the age at which the servant misbehaved was a very tender one ?
if a person has tb and hiv both then is this an AIDS defining condition, and if it is how long would a person survive if he just gets treated for tb and not for hiv ?

please answer these questions of mine as they are very important for me and my friend.

This is a risk assessment forum. However, what can I tell is that I doubt that TB has anything to do with HIV as it appears in a very progress state of the disease. If this girl is healthy 6 years after treating TB, I doubt it is related. However, I think the girl should be tested for HIV and others STD link to the assault.
