hiv anxiety

2,5 weeks ago i did something stupid, i had sex with a man whos hiv-status is unknown to me.
I was the insertive partner and i did not use any protection.

I was in a hiv combo test in a 13 day of exposure and it was negative, im going to next test in 27,5 days from the accident and i just like to know how accurate it is? I know that in my country the official time limit is 3 months but really many people says that 4 week test is almost 100% good.

They use fingerprick tests here, is it good as laboratory tests? I mean are there more false negatives in fingerprick test than laboratory tests?

And sorry my bad english.

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results
