blood on mouth

i was walking in a dark street, when someone tried to steal my cell phone, he put his hand on my mouth. i bet his finger and started shouting. then i realised that the inner side of my lip was cut. i don't know whether i cut his finger or not.i washed my mouth after that in about 15 minutes with water. my question is: if he is HIV positive, what is the risk of me getting infected ?

my concern is that his finger is cut and his blood came in contact with mine through my wound. i know that i'm insisting but i'm really concerened about it
