case:i was having unprotect oral sex by a girl 10 days before.i feeling fatigue and sore throat few days ago.today is the 10th day i suffer fever.(PS I just sleep 4hours(average) these few day)
question:1. Can the acute HIV symptoms start within 10 days of exposure
              2.is there any case of HIV transmit tru oral sex
              3.Can fatigue sore throat and fever cause by lack of sleep
