Hiv anxiety killing me

I had protected vaginal sex with a CSW. When I was pulling out after the sex. Condom slipped out as I have lost the erection. Condom was hanging half inside and half outside the vagina. I am concerned if I accidentally touched her vaginal fluid after withdrawal. I have got stomach and gas pain after 3 days and now after 35 days getting strep throat and body pain. Do I need to get tested for this incident and does these are ARS symptoms. Please help...

If the condom did not slip off inside her, you had NO RISK FOR HIV. That you were withdrawing from her and the condom was half in/half out means that the head of your penis was covered at all times and that is the ONLY concern. NO RISK NO NEED TO TEST.

As for your physical symptoms, they sound like a bad cold or possibly the flu, but they are absolutely NOT related to ARS. Most likely they are triggered by anxiety. See a doctor if the symptoms don't go away in a week or get much worse.

You're OK!

Actually I am suffering balanitis from long time. Does having active  balanitis changes the risk in my scenario. Please suggest.

Sorry to disturb you again...this is will be my last question.
I am also getting white patches in mouth (inside cheeks and lips). Could it be the symptom. I really very scared if I accidently touched her vaginal fluids with my inflammed penis. Scared to get tested...

No risk. Nothing you have described is a risk for HIV. Therefore nothing in your symptoms have anything to do with HIV. You're free from HIV and need to go see your doctor if you're not feeling well.
