hiv question

Hi doc,i want ask question about hiv,i know hiv virus inactive immediately once exposed to air and can't infect outside the body,but if the hiv virus has a big amount and exposed to air,will the hiv virus still inactive immediately once exposed to air?

It doesn't matter the about the amount of virus, when the virus is exposed to air, temperature change and pH changes is damages the outer shell of the virus which inhibits it's ability to infect.
