t - lymph

i got tested after 7 weeks of possible exposure so i got the hiv negative but i found a slight increase by t lymph by 0.5 above the range ...and decrease by monocytes(still with in the range)...
I made test at the 4 week everything was ok
Am i at risk to gain hiv
What is the relation of such hiv and t lymp
I read that if you are infected the hiv goes down directly not go up
Please any advice

thx a lot every one but no one has answered me about the relation between t lymph and hiv....
I have read that the t lymph start to decrease after a possible exposure?????
Is that right as as per my education i knew that the t lymph increase to fight such virus or bacteria and hiv is a virus???

General guidelines are to test 4-6 weeks for initial results (good indicator) and again at  3 months for conclusive results. The results at 7 weeks are not likely to change, and ARS symptoms come 2-4 weeks post exposure and last 1-2 weeks. What was your exposure?
