hiv results

i had hiv antibody test done 3 to 4 year after possible exposure is  there any thing that can cause false negatives ive had numerous full blood counts done for other reason with have all been  normal can i believe my results any help would be great

spoke to my doctor n he said they can be wrong but very rarely sorry for mithering you but if i had a compromised before testing is this something i would of know about  would a full blood count crp esr tell me anything would the full blood count tell me if my immune system is active fighting some thing thanks for your time

Autoimmune disorders are completely different from a person with a severely compromised immune system, from chemo, etc.  The presence of an autoimmune disorder does NOT change the testing guidelines whatsoever, and it will not affect the test results

it happens when you test earlier, a test at 3 months is conclusive
