autoimmune disorders (Hashimoto's thyroiditis)

after unprotected vaginal intercourse and kissing
6 weeks underarm pain
8 weeks ear fullness
20 days duo HIV negative (Vidas )
40 days duo HIV negative (Vidas)
12 weeks HIV antibody negative
Hashimoto's thyroiditis affect their HIV test results ???
Is it certain the results of my test ?
Should I be tested again ?

The window period has not been six months since 2004. Whoever told you that has very outdated and very incorrect information and you should not pay attention to their lies.

The standard for all tests is that they are all conclusive by 3 months after last exposure. And more recently, it has been determined that a 4th generation duo test is considered conclusive after 28 days post exposure. Therefore you have already tested conclusively negative and have zero further concerns of HIV. Your hashimotos has nothing to do with the window period.
