hiv risk assessment

Please help on following risk assessment

1) Exposure : Unprotected anal receptive sex

2) All the ARS symptoms (FEVER, NIGHT SWEATS, PERIPRIHAL NEUROPATHY, EXTREME LEG MUSCLE PAIN, FATIGUE, TOO MUCH PAIN ON UNDER ARMPITS, COLD SORE, BRAIN FOG,  DRY MOUTH,.....AND I'm NOT JUST INFLATING THOSE)  happened as chronic they all came together and went away at the same time. Following symptoms still persist at 8 week

bruise easily
tinnitus on one ear.
not much stool even after eating 3 times the food I used to

Following tests were negative on these days
1) 11 day 4th gen - ve
2) 33 day - oral swab (not much useful this early)
3) 34 day - rapid uni-gold recombigen (not much useful this early)
4) 35 day - 4th gen -ve
5) 40 day - 4th gen -ve, RNA TMA -ve
6) 53 days - Home access second gen - ve
7) 57 days - 4th gen -ve, PCR RNA PENDING..

I still have all the symptoms which I can not describe as people won't believe that person can have these symptoms at 8 week ....

Am I converting slowly and will be in 1% who shows up at +ve at 12 week ?

Hello,
Your negative 4th generation test results for this encounter  proves that HIV is not something you should worry about. You can confirm this results at 3 months post exposure with a simple hiv test.
Consult a doctor in order to estimate the source of your health issues.
Just maintain on using protection with every sexual partner as far as HIV prevention is concerned.
Take care

Hi, Today, My armpit gland got swollen to about 3 inch in my left armpit and underneath of my left ear to about 3 inch as well with throbbing pain. I can not believe that it swell overnight.

I can't somehow see answers from other people where is says I have 4 answers and I can only read one from BeStrong.

I'm so worried that truth will come out in within 84 days....I don't know why no antigen nor antibodies gets produced by this time for it to be detected....
Perhaps none was detected because you have not been infected with hiv.
Modern hiv tests, including rapid blood are among the best out there in sensitivity. An antibody only test will detect infection in 95% of all people by six weeks. I agree with Bestrongs post but would suggest a final 3 month test to make sure being you did have a high risk.
Many Drs, and I believe the world health organization say a 4th generation test is conclusive at 6 weeks.
Hi, I just confirmed with my lab that 57 days test was not 4th generation. It was per them 3rd generation cmia or something which does not detect antigens.....

however, hiv pcr rna , qualitative and quantitative came back negative...<47, which means test can not detect less then 47 copies of virus in the blood.
