jerk and stuff

In April, I was jerking off with another guy - seemed like a no-risk situation, but then when I finished, he handed me a paper towel, which I used to wipe off the seamen from my stomach area. He had also been jerking off. Assuming there was seamen on his hands/the paper towel, is there a risk of infection (maybe if I had a cut on my stomach area)? I've been on this website enough to know that there is no risk (also pretty much no risk with oral sex, frottage and mutual masturbation) - but about 2-3 weeks later,I got sick and felt like I constantly needed to cough. My lymph nodes have since been constantly enlarged and  everyday I need to cough throughout the day, especially when the temperature is cold... this can't be HIV, though, right? I feel constantly ill and so am very nervous. Three weeks after the incident, I got tested and was negative, but I realize that three weeks is not a good indicator. But assuming the other guy had HIV, was there a risk? Thank you very much in advance
