Are these HIV symptoms or signs of anxiety?

Two weeks ago I had unprotected sex for the first time and immediately afterwards I regretted it but that's a different matter.  A few days later I started feeling nauseous and and have been developing rashes and small hives that look like insect bites that come and go but last not very long at all.  Two weeks later and my neck feels extremely tight and sore and I still have these on and off hives.  Do these sound like HIV symptoms???

Get tested to know your status. The vast majority of specialists consider 4 weeks DUO/ COMBO test conclusive and 8 weeks 3rd generation test conclusive. But we also follow cdc guidelines to peace your mind...

HIV symptoms are not common to start in a few days.
14 days is an accurate time line.
Remember HIV symptoms can mirror other things.
Assuming the guy has hiv and a readable viral load then yes, you had a risk for hiv.
Testing is the only way to know. At 28 days post sexual encounter have a 4th generation test done.
Also called a DUO, AB/AG.
Until then try and relax best you can, anxiety can create health issues.
