hiv symptoms or severe anxiety?

I'd like to start off by thanking anyone who reads this questions and can give me an answer. My English is not very well but I'll try to do my best. I had a potential risk on March and one day after that I felt very stressed, my neck and my back hurt a lot and I was very concerned. One day later I felt the same way, I noted my neck and my armpit were enlarged but it was probably due to the fact that I touched them a lot. Later, the third day after that I was about to get sick and my throat hurt a lot. However, the fourth day I noted it was caused by stress and my life came back normal and I didn't have any symptoms until the fifth week. The day before a BIG exam I noted my armpits hurt and two days later I woke up and felt a horrible pain in my back, I had never experience something like that before. After that, I couldn't sleep for 12 days, I mean, I slept every two days. I couldn't breath properly and felt hyperventilated. I was very very anxious and one day I woke up and I felt my arms were slighter. In addition, I experienced a loss of appetite but my weight was normal. Then, all of those symptoms disappeared progressively but I had a kind of urine infection after I noted a little pimple with pus (maybe acne related) near my testicles, and this infection spread to my anus. I took a pill for that and in two days all came back normal. Later I noted a big pimple in my buttock and it disappeared in 2 days. I went to hospital and had a blood test followed by an hiv test. My hiv test (ECLIA) (7th week) came back negative and my blood test the same. However, some things in my blood test were a little abnormal like 10 500 leukocytes, 7450 neutrophiles but my lymphocytes were absolutely normal, around 3000. I felt more relaxed but later I felt numbness in my legs and I woke up two days with the middle of my face with numbness. So I was even more worry. One day I felt like I was about to get fever but my temperature was always less than 37º and later I developed an allergy followed by an otitis and I started hearing a high-pitched buzzing inside my head. I also had a strong headache, very strong and my ears hurt. Later I had a kind of rash but I'm not sure of that because it was similar to acne, one in my chest and 4 o 5 in my face (no arms, no legs). I felt my lymph nodes were enlarged but only in the right side of my groin and both side of my armpits and they hurt a lot (no neck). I also had a kind of diarrhea for almost a month and I have . Another important thing that I noted was that my skin is very very dry after I take a shower and I only had two sweating nights without fever. I'd like to ask whether these symptoms can be hiv related or they are due to severe anxiety.

In addition, is an ECLIA negative test (7th week) conclusive or should I wait until 3 months after risk?
Should I trust my blood test?
If there is no fever, is it an strong indicator that I didn't catch hiv?
Could it be anxiety related?

Thank you

6 weeks gives you an excellent indication of status.

3 months is totally conclusive.

Thank you for your response. It has been the most difficult situation in my life. Anyway, I will get a test at 3 months in order to ease my anxiety. Thank you again.

Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.

In my country, there have been some case like those. That's why I'm very anxious now. Can anxiety cause all of the symptoms previously mentioned?

I highly doubt that someone stabbed you with a needle that was full of HIV-infected blood. I think you are letting your imagination/paranoia run away with you.

Inside public transport. In my country (Peru) transport is very dangerous. When I was there, someone hurt me with a needle intentionally and this needle had blood.
