hiv test 5 weeks later from high risk sexual intercourse

about 5 weeks ago, I have a high risk sexual intercourse with a cocotte.  I am not sure whether she was infected by HIV, but I am so worry about it.  I have a HIV test in an big hostipal about 5 weeks late, the result is negative.  I would like to know whether it is necessary to test again and whether I am out of the risk infection with HIV

Some doctors tell that to be conservative. Was he even an HIV expert? Just because he was a doctor, it doesn't mean he will know everything about HIV.  If you ask the same question to HIV experts, they will tell you the same thing that I told you. Your risk is non existent. You can search MedHelps HIV prevention experts forum to see Dr.HHH and Dr.Hooks innumerable responses on Oral sex.

I am still scared, the hospital use 3rd generation test measurement and the doctor told me that it would be better if I have additional test in 3 months

Its not a high risk exposure. Unprotected anal or vaginal sex are the only high risk exposures. Your result is conclusive as there was no risk to begin with. You dont need additional testing.
