Please answer my 4 questions

I have a few questions regarding HIV

1.Person who test negative at 3 month's post exposure will he test positive later or he remains negative.
2.If a condom break's catastrophically then how would we know will it have small holes or will it have a big one.
3.If I accidentally reuse a condom which other's have used or if that condom contain any vaginal or cum in it and if I use that condom unknowingly will I get effected with HIV.
4.Is HIV have to do any thing with thyroid and throat infection's.Because I have undergone thyroid test and the result was negative but still I am having pain in my lymph nodes and having throat infections would this be a symptom of hiv.

Sir I understood that tridot is a antibody test so is it conclusive at 3 month's i.e the method they perform in India.

I promise this would be my last question I have under gone tridot test at 3 month's post exposure in India is this test good in detecting antibodies at 3 month's post exposure can we relay on the  test result.

All tests on the market have a 3 month window period for antibody tests.

Thank you very much for your reply sir I have a last question you told to quicksilver85 that 3 month's is the window period i.e is approved by FDA and you told it was in effect in 2004 is that applicable to India also or it will differ.

Anything in the condom would have been deactivated by the time u used it.

Sir,I will provide u the scenario for which I have asked that 3rd question when I had sex with a SW she gave me a condom which was not packed and she pour few drops of water in it when I asked her she told there was no oil in it and I belive her and had sex by wearing that condom and after sex she told me that the condom is a reused one. That's the only reason I am asking you.

1. 3 months is conclusive
2. No small holes...you know when it breaks it no longer covers the penis
3. You will not reuse a condom someone else used, this is a waste of time to even answer this question
