hiv tests and steroid ointments

I have tested negative for hiv after 5.5 months with 4th generation tests.My concerns are that i ve used hydrocortisone 1% cream on my anus for hemmorhoids.I read that they have immunosuppresive effects. i had multiple negative duo tests(abbott architect ag/ab) but this steroidal cream issue is bit of a nightmare for me.

are my tests accurate?

does using hydrocortisone on my rectum would affect the reliablity of my hiv tests?Please answer my questions
