hiv transmission

I want to know from all of you that hiv is transmitted or not through blood out of the host ?

yesterday you comment me that.....HIV isn't transmitted orally. And HIV virus immediately becomes inactive/uninfectious if it comes to contact with the air. OK, If one drop of hiv positive blood comes to contact with air then this hiv virus of the drop of the blood also become inactive/ uninfectious  ?

Just fully understood the question. If done during risky activities yes, which are unprotected anal/vaginal sex, sharing needle, and from mother to child. But if you ask whether if wound to genital or during oral sex, no.
