Could biting can make me infected HIV?

Dear Dr:
About 4 days ago I was bit by a friend, who has unsecurity sex experience before. The wound on my body is about 2 mm,and there was a slight bleeding. Now I an worried about infecting HIV,for I have no idea about my friend health situation.Do you see anyone who was infected after being bit?
The friend told me he can't make sure whether there was blood in his mouth .I am wondering whether there remains possibility I get infected?
Please help me!
Thank you!

really low chance here...IF he was infected. there are hardly any documented cases of hiv transmission through bites. no more than you can count on one hand. it would be a very unusual event. don't sweat over it. test at 28 days with a 4th gen combo if you can't get over the anxiety - it'll be a negative result an opportunity to celebrate!

cold and muscular soreness is nothing compared to what i had..
chills, fungal skin infections, eye dryness, dry mouth, white tongue, unbelievable sebborheic dermatitis, weird headaches, depression, weird chronic throat inflammation, and more besides.
you are not infected with hiv over this. but if you feel any doubt starting to balloon out of control, just take the test and believe the negative result you will surely get. i really wish you peace - you are not hiv my friend.

Actually I believe what you said totally,it just the symptoms worry me .I am uncomfortable now ,maybe results from my staying up too late and didn't get enough sleep. So can lack of sleep cause cold and muscular soreness?

i really think so. you are going to be negative. what i was trying to explain was that despite reassurances, people often get paranoid and refuse to believe rational thought and convince themselves they have some awful fate. taking a test would destroy that doubt. however, as i said - you haven't had a significant risk in the first place. like i said earlier, if you don't come out of this episode as hiv-ve, then i'll become a conservative.

Can I understand your reply in this way :this is really really low risk and I don‘t need to test at all.The test just is used to relieve my anxiety.Whether I take a test or not I will get a negitive result ?

i meant to say 'test' instead of 'tell'

all i can tell you is that this must have happened thousands and thousands of times, yet there are hardly any documented cases of hiv transmission this way = extremely low and unlikely risk. probably not worth worrying about, but we are all human and have our doubts - so you should tell to allay your unnecessary anxiety. and post your negative result on this thread!

Could you please tell me how possibility it would be?Some one said it was no risk at all and I don't need to test, but some said low risk.I asked the CDC they said never heard of this situation.I get cold these days and I feel badly. If I don't make a test can I get rid of it just by my description?
