hiv worried

I gave birth to a child last week and had  second - degree perineal lacerations. Today I came to the public bathroom urgently , there was some blood in it,I didn't flesh it as usual , coz I am in hurry .
Then some water splashed on me.  Is it risky for me as I had  perineal lacerations?
I'm so worried cause I 'm breast feeding my baby. Is it necessary to stop breastfeeding?
