Can this be ars symptoms?

Here is my story. I had unprotected anal sex with a woman of unknown hiv status. Three weeks later I stated to have pain during urinating and diarrhea. after  6 days my diarrhea change  to bloody diarrhea no any other symptom in that week. Docs gave me some doxy and cipro for seven days.4th week when I was taking the pills I had one night sweat , loss of appetite and weight loss. No fever,no sore throat, no enlarged lymph node. So

1) can this suggest also ars symptoms?
2) can only one night sweat a characteristic of acute hiv?

Now just gotta wait it out man, symptoms for hiv may not even happen to some people so you can't even go by that...another thing is you could think your having symptoms and they could be from panic or some other std you may have contracted. Test @ 30 days/ 8 weeks and most importantly 12 weeks bro'. Sorry you took a beating, but man, if your going to get into some a@$ or some p@$$y you gotta go in with a condom on our s%$t, got it? Don't do it again, don't learn the hard way, don't play cat and mouse with the germ, because once you got it....nuff said.

Reread dummy123's reply to you. As for blaming you for your exposure, it was your fault, it wasn't anyone else’s.

It seems everyone try to blame me without answering my question.some clarifications ,can ars come one after another like mine (i.e had diarrhea for one week without any other symptom, also doctor sayed doxy can cause loss of appetite.) .and about that one night sweat when I woke up my heart was beating very fast.

Def. a high risk situation although most women in the US dont have it.  So you have that on your side, accompanied with about a 1/200 risk through anal sex.  Symtoms are never a good indicator of new infection.  Only thing you can do is test.  I would say get one at 8 weeks which will be very very very reliable and then get a 12/13 week test which will be conclusive.  I doubt you have hiv based on your story but you should test to be sure and be more careful in the future.

If you are concerned about contracting hiv why do you engage in unprotected sex? I don't get it when i see posts like this, really...

Unprotected anal is a high risk - just read many of the posts on the forum. However, the only way you can know is to get tested at least 6-8 weeks after your last exposure and then at 12 weeks. You can't go by your symptoms or second guess this.
