how does virus infect through urethra

For informational purposes, if the HIV virus has to reach the bloodstream to infect, then how does that happen if it enters the peehole, because the peehole doesnt necessarily have cuts or wounds inside that allow it to enter the blood stream. So what actually happens?

Thank you

the virus gets inactivated shortly after exposure to air..thats why DrHHH said that as mutual masturbation is not a risk..

i asked something similar before to dr.hhh and on here...

if someone accidentally got cum on your urethral opening, wouldn't that be a risk? dr.hhh and others said no to me...which I think is strange and concerning.

the mechanism of infection is through the mucous membrane at 2 places..

1 at the inner part of the foreskin(if you are uncircumcised)
2 at the mucous membrane lining the urethra
