human bite + saliva transmission

hi, you say that hiv cannot be transmitted from a bite and/or saliva. can you comment on the report below?: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3083326/

It is unwise for a person without medical/scientific training to read and analyze a complex medical/scientific paper, and to put it into context with the larger body of evidence, which shows that saliva and bites are not a legitimate risk for HIV.  HIV specialists do not classify this as a risk.  If you wish to do so on your own, that is your choice, but it is contrary to the scientific consensus.
