HIV testing

am 30 yrs female.  Married last year.  SO far me and my husband have never had sex (in any form oral or anal even deep kissing) in our life (before or after marriage) due to my vaginismus. We both are faithful partners. Last July 2008 i was admitted in the hospital since i had inflammation in my intestine now it is cured.During that time they did series of blood work as my vitamin levels were low. Test included HIV also. When i was discharged they said HIV result was pending. Suddenly in Nov doctor called and told me i am testing positive and asked me to do western blot and it came positive.  I am really shocked because throughout my life i have never had operations, blood transfusions, drugs etc.We don't drink alcohol or smoke. My husband also had no operations done or blood transfusions or drug.  I should state that in February 2008 they did similar blood test for my vitamins which included HIV and it tested negative.I never fell sick in the mean time or had any symptoms.  I was given steroid treatment for my inflammation. I remember doctor saying i got T antibodies i nexcee. Now i have given my sample for PCR.  I am never exposed to any of those things which we say for causing infection. Positive results are due to antibodies or what.  i have tested only one for elisa and once for western blot. This really stresses us out!! should i think i am infected?

If what you say is true. Then you can't be positive.
