i think im infected

hi its taken some time to post a question as im worried sick. this is my story.
i know a gay guy who assures me hes hiv negative but im showing all the symptoms. im a male

i had brief unprotected anal sex of about 10seconds 17days ago., i stopped due to the risk i was putting myself throught. ten days after the event my top half of my body felt slightly weak the i had a cought and a runny nose but now a stuffiy nose with sneezing, my body tempreture seems ok.

the ironic part of this is a the folloing week at work i was working with a guy who came down with the flu and even had time off as he was so sick.

now i either have ars symptoms or just have a caught the cold/flu of the guy at work. i have got it stuck in my head now that im hiv positive. im just waiting for a rash to appear now to put the icing on the cake. i feel so sick with worry and i know you cant diagnose yourself with symptoms. what do you guys and girls think, thank you all.

Coughs, sneezing and runny noses have NOTHING to do with HIV. You`re stressing yourself unneccesarily. Symptoms are are a rank rotten indicator of HIV.
The only answer is a conclusive negative result after 3 months.
