i'm scared

Hello
I want to see what are the risk for an infection with HIV followed by the next story. I have a friend wich tested HIV positive 2 years ago and who is in treathment. A few months ago he moved to London and he asked me to pack his things from here and move them. So i packed his things and throwed away all the higyene stuff like razorblades ... i didnt cut myself there, but after the first day of packing i developed some HIV symptoms without the part with the fever, diareea and vomit. I just feel dizzy and have some stomac problems, sometimes my ganglions on the right side hurt a bit. I mentioned that at that time my imune system was bad because i was working a lot having no rest.My last HIV test was negative and i took it in may. I'm not doing unprotected sex, i have a partner wich tested negative. But still its been a month since the "symptoms" are developing. I'm a bit scared now. I have eating disorders. What are the risks of becoming infected from my situation knowing that at the time of the moving my imune system was weak.
Thank you
