Being very careful about our person hygiene, we never want to share our shaving razors, tooth brushes and dental floss, then why we settle to share such objects, coming in contact with infectious body fluids. Any object, penetrating in the body must not be used without sterilization.
This is low risk, but there is always the chance, blood might be on sex toy.
