long time deep french kissing & handjob

hi sorry for my poor english and i know it is quite an awful and stupid experience to share. but im in huge anxiety please help me.

Im a male in China and I went to a massage parlor on June 12th evening and had the following with the massage girl:
1. long time deep french kiss with the massage girl ( i dont know the exact time, but each kiss last pretty long for minutes, maybe altogether 20-30 minutes)
2. she kissed my body and i licked her breasts and nipple. I rubbed her vagina with her underwear on for maybe 10 minutes. I licked her pubic area next to her underwear but did not move to her vagina. Everying was with her underwear on, but im not sure if her fluid come out.
3. she gave me handjob at last, no penetration sex or oral sex happened.

I got pretty heavy cold, cough, and throat ache in 2 days, which is on June 14th, and lasted for a week. I went to hospital and got blood test on July 2th morning, which has ag/ab test on the result sheet so I assume its a 4th generation duo test . The result was negative.  This is 19.5 days after the event.

my question is:
1. was the event risky? especially the part of long time french kiss since I dont know if there are cuts in our mouths  and the part of licking her pubic area.
2. how meaningful is the 19.5 days result? do I need to do another test in the following week and later?  I am in a great anxiety during the past few weeks, and searched too much information online. There are sayings that states 2-3 weeks can be conclusive with a 4th gen duo test. There are also sayings that states 4-6 weeks are conclusive.

Please help me. Thank you very very much.

What you describe is not a risk for HIV. HIV Is only spread through unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So french kissing and hand jobs do not result in acquiring hiv. You do not need to test. For info sake, a 4th generation test is only conclusive at 28 days and beyond. But you don't need one. NO RISK

Thank you for your kind information, GuitarRox. May I ask if the time (duration) of kissing matters? I know it sounds stupid. But I had the deep French kissing for a frequent and long time though…
No.  You can't get HIV through kissing.  You can only get HIV in the ways that GuitarRox described above.  Kiss for as long as you like, and as often as you like!
