low risk??

hi

how do you guys define 'low risk' in your responses?? is it closer to zero or to e.g 50%?

Sorry, low risk could mean alot of things.  Unless with specific incident, than the risk could be determine.

Meaning, it vary.

I was trying to figure out is 'low risk' is a set defintion or does vary. So e.g if you are talking oral, is low risk 50%, vs 60% if you are talking anal?  
does my question make sense?
