is this is conclusive result for me, or any further retest is need for me ,pls reply me
finally i gone to lab and done a hiv test (tri dot) and the result is negative .now iam safe

it is a negative result..your 10 week negative is unlikely to change..
test again at 13 weeks for a conclusive result..you can expect a negative result again

Condom failure will require testing. 3 months post exposure. Sorry I overlooked that detail.
ARS if it happens at all happens 2-4 weeks post infection and lasts from 1-2 weeks.
Symptoms or lack thereof will tell you nothing about your status.
