masterbation on someones anus

I read that you can only get hiv through unprotected oral, vaginal, anal, needles and mother to infant..butI have a question about masterbation.im not sure if anyone can answer this or not.what if someone with hiv masturbates with no penetration at all just masturbation onto  someone's anus thats stretched out and the person has a hemroid.woud that be a risk?I'm guessing it would be?

ok but if the other person has the anus open meaning the pulled apart there buttocks with a  hemroid and someone with hiv masturbates seamen on it that's still not a risk then?I'm confused.so you're saying they only way they could get hiv that way is if it was insertive meaning penis  into anus and not masterbating onto an anus that someones buttocks are pulled apart should there anus with a hemroid?

You guessed wrong.  It wouldn't be a risk.  HIV infection occurs as a result of unprotected INSERTIVE anal or vaginal intercourse...no from being exposed externally to a partner's fluids.  The virus is very fragile and cannot be transmitted outside of its host (the body).
