concerned about Bump in arm and face

Dear Dr, I really appreciate your service,Sorry for my English but I will try to explain,my scenario is I had protected vaginal sex and  unprotected oral sex with many CSW during 2008-2009,(mostly in Bangkok and London)my last exposure was unprotected vaginal sex  in 2010 with a women whom i wanted to marry,  i knew her almost 1 year and we were chatting on the internet, she is my friends sister in- law and she seems to be a nice person(she was married and seperated after ) I didnt have any symptoms after the exposure until  i have started to work for a coffee shop approximately in 1 year i had allergic to the cleaning stuff (kind of rushes) in my hand and i consulted the doctor and was diagnosed with contact dermatitis but after few months the area where i had rushes  became black bumps they were many, i have consulted many doctors and the bumbs were stubborn finally after 2 years they started to dissapear but  still there slightly visible marks, however two of the hard black bumps in my hand and two on my face still there ,i have dizziness kind of vertigo followed by cold and i felt sick for almost 5-6 weeks, again i went to see another doctor for these 4 bumps and he offered me to go for cryotheraphye, i had cryotheraphye and the bumps became soft and i removed the skin, my worry is as I am now married to another women since 2011 and after marriage i didn't have any exposure with anyone except my wife, I really regret for all what happened in my life and worrying me so much, i am now out of my mind with anxiety that i may have HIV, please tell me what it can be? my hands are shaking

HPV is normal in couples; almost all sexually active people are infected at one time or another. Your "bumps" probably were not HPV, but anyway you say they are now gone (except for some darkened skin) -- so why worry?

If the bumps were non-genital, then for sure they had nothing to do with HPV.

Asking the same questions in a new thread won't result in different answers. These all sound like low to zero risk exposures and your symptoms are not typical for an HIV infection. For further reassurance, have an HIV test. You can expect a negative result.
