meet someone

hi!

i have been tested positive HSV1 & 2 when i got my first outbreak 3 months ago.
i haven't done the second test yet and first question i am wondering if it really necessary?

Second question, i wish to meet someone who can understand and accept my status, i would not mind to meet someone with the same status as me, i mean positive.
I have been rejected few time when comes the time to tell the truth before kissing or making love.

So do you have any reconmendation, place or website where i could be in touch with someone living in Singapore?
am i wrong to think that Singapore is stamped with Herpes free or everybody prefers to didn't say anything, lie and just being enough selfish to still have sex without telling that they are positive?

thanks to advise.
