You can relax - you have not had any risk.
HIV is NOT transmitted by oral sex. The only two things you could have done with her to possibly get HIV (and she'd have to be positive first) is 1) share injecting equipment with her 2) have unprotected sex with her.
If your visit to the sex worker didn't include one of these 2 activities you are FINE.
oh and have had mild muscle aches with short sharp disapearing pains sometimes. this worries me
this is what has happened
-i recently recieved oral sex from sex worker in shanghai and am really paranoid and scared i have got something. i notice small cut on my penis afterwards and am terrified. day after i feel slighty burning sensation n hands then nothing for a few weeks maybe slighty sore glands n neck and my hands appear to be slightly speckled though im unsure if these symptoms are due to anxiety and other symptoms just due to climatising to the heat here. 3 weeks on i am very scared. i don't know what to do being in a foreign country
i now notice a small blister on my arm few weeks ago
now i am struck with bad cold/flu but my temp is not higher than 37 degrees celcius
i have some sore on my cheek..maybe canker sore?
i have been stressing very much..can this be stress caused? and symptoms all coincidence?
everytime i tell myself i am ok and that i don't have anything a new symptom seems to show itself and worrying me much
thanks Teak for your answer, but searching in internet I found that a urine infection in young men is very rare and could be due to HIV, I don't know if with only 45 days my inmune system is so weak
HIV does not any specific symptoms. You can test at 3 months post exposure to obtain you conclusive test result. Use condoms, it's simple to protect yourself from contacting HIV and most STDs.
