my worries plz help

Hi,guys.cuz i found some blood outer the annus,so I got medication yesterday. The doctor say there exists some inflammation in my annus after the anoscopy. And he  inserted a soaked gauze with red color potion from a bottleand keeping there for 3 hours.
But what scared me is that:Before my treatment, that doctor cleaned the bleeding wound for a patient .He soaked  a cotton wool in the red color potion(the same bottle used in my treatment) ,and then cleaned the bleeding wound .Subsequrntly,he soaked the SAME USED COTTON WOOL in the red color potion ,and cleaned again.
My concerns as follows:
1、After the first time clean for the previous patient,I did see the blood on the cotton wool. And he soaked that cotton wool again in the same red color potion, which means the red color potion contains the patients blood before my treatment. During the 3 hour insertion,it really hurts .Late on,I hauled out the gauze and saw some blood on that gauze(the blood is obviously mine). So is it a hiv concern for my insertion of potion for three hours which contains others guys blood while there exists bleeding scar in my anus?
2、I just had a protected sex with friend and I dont know the status of the condom on Jan 31.This hospital encounter is my second exposure. So plan to wait for 6weeks to have a hiv test, and will it be conclusive?
thank you

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Please check https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_bank

blood has a long shelf live in blood bank. HIV can be transmitted through blood transfusion. HIV virus does survive outside of body if the temp is low and kept in blood bank.
When it is infused into body, it does cause HIV infection.

The virus may be quickly killed out side of body when exposed to air, in situation as we bleed from wound.

Generally those blood kept stored under minus 4 deg cel can stay for a period of 90 days for transfusion provided the temperature is maintained all the time.

why HIV is transmitted through blood transfusion.
It is because the blood is not exposed to air.
the blood is kept in fridge for months, it is still infectious.
cold temp protect hiv.
air kills hiv

fridge is part of lab condition.
air kills the HIV.
If you withdraw blood and keep it in fridge without exposure to air, HIV is still active. This is how it is transmitted throught blood transfusion many years ago.
after exposure to air, HIV is quickly killed.
