Tested HIV negative after six weeks!

Hi there, about six weeks ago a had a low to no risk exposure with a girl at a massage parlour (fingering with peeled skin, 2 day old).  I took the Oraquick blood draw test and it came out negative.  Should I consider it conclusive or should I go for the 12 week test?.  Thank you for your prompt response.  I don't mean to bother you but for some reason I feel a tingling sensation all over my body and is making me think the worst.  Thanks!

That is right but I am experiencing symptoms of unwellness in general, lost weight and now I feel like I got insets walking all over my body and some say it could be related to type of opportunistic infection...I'm really nervous...please help me.  Thank you
