HIV Symptoms

I am pretty freaked out. I (straight female) had a relationship with a guy I thought I could trust but he was verbally abusive and broke it off after a little over a month. We probably had sex 15 times in our entire relationship and always always used condoms accept for short oral sex. I never thought of asking him his STD status because we were always safe, except the one time I must have stratched him and got blood under my nails then I asked his status and he reacted like "how can you ask me that now?". remembering this makes me scared. He is a heterosexual male and had a past life of gambling.
This was over a year ago. I have no HIV symptoms accept anxiety over the whole thing and too scared to get tested. The reason why I am writing on here is because I got sick quite frequently after our relationship ended.. Let me lay out my symptoms as I can remember them a year ago.

Last sexual encounter with guy: August 8th
1 Ulcer in my mouth: around 3-4 days later
Flu like symptoms along with my period: 5 days later (lasted 3 days) August 13-16
Feeling totally fine for over a month and then...
Flu like symptoms which started as a terrible cough like I had TB, and slight sore throat for a few days: September 20th-23rd and then developed into a flu (sore throat, coughing up green stuff) and lost my voice for a week September 24-28th.

The more research I do the more scared I become! Please help because I am freaking out! Thanks so much in advance!

See your doctor if you are concerned about your symptoms they have nothing to do with HIV.

Thanks for your comment, i noticed that you are helping alot of people on this site... Thank you so much.
One thing:Do my symptoms sound like I should be worried? The coughing and sore throat came around 6 weeks post possible exposure...
