scared, hiv?

I played "just the tip" with an ex for a couple of seconds (maybe 1 minute) He didn't finish or anything. This was 5 years ago. I have no symptoms whatsoever and all my blood tests seem normal (white-cell wise).

I haven't been tested for HIV and I am terrified to do so. I recently talked to my therapist because this is interfering with my life and she said I am suffering from OCD.

Am I at risk?

I have a new boyfriend and we've been together for 2 years, have done oral both ways and just the tip without a condom (I know he's clean). He has no symptoms either.

If you think you have unprotected intercourse, than go get a test.  That's the only way to know.

the fact that the tip of his penis slipped inside of me for a minute would not count as intercourse?

Simple, because...it has been established that HIV transmission takes place in the following ways :
1. Unprotected sexual intercourse with an infected partner
2. Sharing contaminated syringes and needles
3. From infected mother to child during pregnancy, at birth or through breast

I can't take a test right now, honestly, I am way too scared and I can't deal with the results.

Why do you say it did not put me at risk?

HIV is diagnosed through a blood test, not through signs and symptoms.

If you are worried, take a test.

Anway, basing from your description, your encounter did not put you at risk for HIV.
