open wound

Hi

I just want to know,I have this scab on my finger for 2 days now because of boxing, its noet bleeding but it doesnt want to make a scab because when I make I fist it makes that yellow type of liquid thats repairing it.

So my question is if a person with hiv talks to me and blood tainted saliva gets on the liquid am i at risk.I know this sounds paranoid but in South Africa  the stats for people between 15-24 years of age is 1 out 4 hiv +

thank you
