open zits,blood

Hey everyone,I got a question,worried the whole day,I hope you can help me.
Yesterday,a stranger asked me to use my new mobile phone,I gave him the phone and found there were some fresh cuts on his hand,after he gave it back to me,I touched the phone(the whole phone,I mean I touched it everywhere),then I used my dirty hands to scratch my open zits on my face,unfortunately,I made some of open zits bleed........I was so afraid if the stranger left some  his blood on the phone and I paid no attention to them and took them onto my open zits,you know that my open zits is bleeding at that time,sooo worried,I think it`s just like blood to blood,which is a kind of transmission!!!
So worried now,please help me!!!!!I want a exact answer,thank you all!

No risk. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child
